💡 Key Collection: You will find one set of keys inside maibox 12A (You can open the mailbox with your hand. The other set of keys will be inside the apartment)
Each set includes:

A key for the entrance doors to both the Residence and the entrance gate of the building (although a key is not necessary, the doors are opened with the code 1414).
Parking Remote or magnetic key: Only provided if a parking space has been reserved.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following rules. Failure to comply may result in the partial or total loss of your deposit and, in serious cases, immediate eviction.

🚭 No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A €200 penalty will be applied if there is evidence of smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace (keep doors closed to prevent smoke from entering).

🔇 Quiet Hours: From 23:00 to 08:00. Please respect our neighbours’ peace, both indoors and on the terraces.

🚫 No Parties: Parties and celebrations are strictly forbidden.

🐶 No Pets: Pets are not allowed in this property.

👥 Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the contract limit. Any changes must be approved and may incur extra costs.

🛋️ Care of Property: Please respect the facilities. Any damage or breakages will be deducted from your deposit.

WASTE: Place waste in the green container placed next to the building entrance vehicles door.
👶 Children’s Guidelines: We love hosting families! 👨👩👧👦 To ensure everyone has a perfect stay and to help us keep the apartment in top condition, we kindly ask parents to supervise their little ones by following these simple rules:

🚫🛏️ Furniture care: Jumping on beds, sofas, or chairs is not allowed.

🏊 Swimming Pool and solarium. Located on -2 floor. (from 1st April to 31th October. Opening hours: from 10h to 20h. This timetable is subject to change depending on the time of year and sunlight)

♻️ Recycling (Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Glass): Can be deposited in the specific recycling bins at any time of the day.

Do not leave garbage bags in the building hallways at any time. This is strictly forbidden by the community.

On your departure day: Please ensure NO garbage is left inside the apartment.
🗝️ Check-out Instructions
To help us prepare the apartment for our next guests, please follow these steps on your departure day:

🕙 Check-out Time: Please vacate the apartment by 10:30 AM. If you plan to leave earlier, kindly let us know.

🔑 Keys:

Place ONE set of keys inside the APARTMENT

Leave the SECOND set of keys inside MAILBOX 12A (placed in the building hall)

🚗 Parking Remote/magnetic key: Leave the remote inside MAILBOX 12A after taking your car out.

🗑️ Apartment Condition: Ensure the property is tidy and no waste is left inside. Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.

🛁 Towels: Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor. Keep clean/unused towels on the shelves.

⚡ Utilities: Double-check that all lights, TV, Air Conditioning, and Underfloor Heating are turned off.

💰 Deposit Refund: After our team inspects and cleans the apartment, your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours.
