  • 45% of the total: To be settled at least 30 days before your arrival date. 📅

🛡️ Security Deposit

• Amount: €300 

• Management: Payable before check-in and held as a security guarantee.

• Refund: Full refund issued within 48 hours of departure, subject to a property inspection.

📅 CANCELLATION POLICY

• Free Cancellation: Up to 30 days before arrival (full refund of the deposit).

• Late Cancellation: For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking price applies.

• Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for unused nights.
