🏊 Identification Wristbands
To ensure your security and maintain the exclusivity of the residential complex, Sunset Waves requires the use of identification wristbands. You will find one wristband per guest inside the apartment upon arrival.

🛡️ Why are they mandatory? They identify you as an authorised guest, preventing unauthorised people from using the communal areas. This ensures a safer and more comfortable environment for everyone.

📍 Where to wear them: They must be visible at all times while using any communal facilities, including swimming pools, gym, gardens, hallways, and garages.
-
✅ Correct Use: Please wear the wristband on your wrist or keep it in a clearly visible place for the security staff.
-
🔄 Replacement (Damaged): If a wristband accidentally breaks, you can get a free replacement at the concierge desk by handing in the damaged one.
-
⚠️ Lost Wristbands: Please take great care of them. The community administration charges a €50 fee for each lost wristband. Ensure all wristbands are left in the apartment upon departure, just like the keys.

🏠 House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following rules. Failure to comply may result in the partial or total loss of your deposit and, in serious cases, immediate eviction.

🚭 No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A €200 penalty will be applied if there is evidence of smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace (keep doors closed to prevent smoke from entering).

🔇 Quiet Hours: From 23:00 to 08:00. Please respect our neighbours’ peace, both indoors and on the terraces.
-
🚫 No Parties: Parties and celebrations are strictly forbidden.
-
🐶 No Pets: Pets are not allowed in this property.

👥 Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the contract limit. Any changes must be approved and may incur extra costs.
-
🛋️ Care of Property: Please respect the facilities. Any damage or breakages will be deducted from your deposit.
👶 Children’s Guidelines: We love hosting families! We kindly ask parents to supervise their children:

No ball games indoors.
-
No jumping on beds, sofas, or chairs.
-
No drawing on walls or furniture.
-
Please avoid eating on beds or sofas.

To maintain the high standards of Residencial Sunset Waves and ensure all residents and guests enjoy their stay, please review the official community rules. Following these guidelines is mandatory for using the common areas (pools, gym, tennis courts, and gardens).

🎾 Sports Courts & Sauna Bookings
To enjoy the sports facilities and the sauna, a reservation is required. You can contact us to manage it for you or call the concierge directly at: +34 673 393 485.
Booking Terms & Conditions:

🕒 Duration: Maximum 1 hour per day per facility.
-
📅 Advance Booking: You can only book for today or tomorrow. Reservations for later dates are not permitted.
-
🔄 Fair Use: You may book different facilities on the same day (e.g., Tennis and Sauna), but you cannot book the same facility twice on the same day.
-
🚪 Walk-ins: You may use the courts without a reservation if they are empty. However, if someone arrives with a confirmed booking, you must vacate the facility immediately.
💡 Pro Tip: During high season (Summer, Easter, Bank Holidays), we strongly recommend booking in advance. During the rest of the year, it is usually easier to find free slots.

🛒 Nearest Supermarket: UDACO, located just 100 metres behind the resort (ground floor of the white/yellow buildings). Perfect for daily groceries. You will also find a Pharmacy and several cafes there.

🛍️ Shopping Centres: La Marina Shopping Centre is 3km away. You can find Carrefour, Mercadona, and major brands there. Accessible by car or bus (stop located in front of Udaco).

To maintain hygiene and respect our community rules, please follow these instructions for waste disposal:

🚮 Organic Waste: Must be deposited in the containers after 21:00 (9 pm).
-
♻️ Recycling (Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Glass): Can be deposited in the specific recycling bins at any time of the day.
-
📍 Location: All containers are located just in front of the Resort entrance gate, next to the tennis courts.
⚠️ Important Rules:

Do not leave garbage bags in the building hallways at any time. This is strictly forbidden by the community.
-
On your departure day: Please ensure NO garbage is left inside the apartment.

🗝️ Check-out Instructions
To help us prepare the apartment for our next guests, please follow these steps on your departure day:

🕙 Check-out Time: Please vacate the apartment by 10:30 AM. If you plan to leave earlier, kindly let us know.

🔑 Keys & Wristbands:

Place ONE set of keys inside the KEYBOX (outside, next to the door).
-
Leave the SECOND set of keys and ALL WRISTBANDS on the dining table.

🚗 Parking Remote: Leave the remote on the table after taking your car out.
-
💡 Pro Tip: To avoid coming back up, the driver can wait at the gate while someone else opens it with the remote from the apartment terrace before leaving it on the table.

🗑️ Apartment Condition: Ensure the property is tidy and no waste is left inside. Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
-
🛁 Towels: Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor. Keep clean/unused towels on the shelves.
-
⚡ Utilities: Double-check that all lights, TV, Air Conditioning, and Underfloor Heating are turned off.

💰 Deposit Refund: After our team inspects and cleans the apartment, your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours.
