Yes, at KalmaRent we offer flexibility for your peace of mind:
• ✅ Free Cancellation: If you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival, there is no charge and you will receive a full refund.
• ⚠️ Late Cancellation: For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, a 25% penalty fee of the total booking amount will apply.
• 🌍 Direct Booking vs Portals: Please note that if you book via external platforms (Booking.com(http://Booking.com), Airbnb, etc.), cancellation policies are usually more restrictive. Booking directly on our website always ensures the most flexible terms.
We offer total flexibility so you can choose the payment method that suits you best:
• 💳 Credit Card: We provide three 100% secure options:
1. Payment Link: We send you a link to our banking gateway so you can pay yourself without sharing personal details.
2. Website Booking Engine: Direct and automatic payment via our website kalmarent.com.(http://kalmarent.com)
3. Secure Phone Payment: You can provide your card details over a phone call; we process the charge on our physical terminal and destroy the information immediately in compliance with GDPR. For security reasons, we do not request details in writing (WhatsApp/Email) unless you prefer to use these methods for your own convenience.
• 🏦 Bank Transfer: The total amount must be cleared in our account prior to your arrival date.
• 📱 Bizum: Quick payment from your mobile to +34 628 488 500 (for Spanish accounts).
• 💵 Cash: We accept cash payments up to €1,000 (per legal regulations). Note: €500 notes are not accepted.
• ₿ Cryptocurrency: We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. The conversion to Euros (€) will be calculated at the exact time of payment.
What is the deposit for and how is it refunded?
The security deposit is held exclusively to guarantee the proper care of the facilities and furniture during your stay.
✨ Refund Management: Refunds are usually processed within 24/48 hours of departure, once the cleaning and inspection of the property are complete.
💳 Payment & Refund Methods:
• Card Pre-authorisation: This is the preferred method (we also accept Bizum, bank transfer, or cash).
• Cash Payments: If the deposit is paid in cash, it will not be refunded in cash upon departure. The refund will be issued via bank transfer, Bizum, or card credit once the apartment’s condition has been verified.
Situations that may result in a partial deduction from the deposit:
• 🔑 Keys: Lost keys or emergency call-outs for lockouts (especially if a locksmith is required because keys were left inside the lock).
• 🛋️ Facilities: Damage to furniture, appliances (TV, router, coffee machine, microwave), or decor.
• 🧵 Linen & Towels: Stubborn stains (make-up, blood, bleach) requiring special treatment, or missing items (pillows, blankets, towels).
• 📺 Remote Controls: Loss or damage to remote controls (TV, Air Conditioning, fans).
• 💳 Unpaid Services: Any charges for additional services used but not yet paid for (Parking, Transfers, Late Check-out).
🔑 Check-in: From 4:00 PM.
🚪 Check-out: By 10:30 AM.
✨ Direct Booking Benefit: We offer priority for early check-in or late check-out (until 12:00 PM) at no extra charge, subject to availability.
⌛ Extended Stay: Need more time? It is also possible to book a late check-out after 12:00 PM, subject to availability. Please enquire for additional rates.
At KalmaRent, we strive to make your arrival as smooth and personal as possible:
• 👤 Personal Welcome: Whenever possible, we will meet you upon arrival to show you the apartment, explain the facilities and house rules, and offer local recommendations.
• 📱 Guest Guide: A few days before your arrival, we will provide you with an INTERACTIVE GUEST GUIDE containing all the essential information. This includes the exact location, travel directions, and access instructions.
• 🔑 Flexible Access: If we are unable to meet you in person, we will send you detailed instructions for self-check-in (either via a physical key or a digital code sent to your mobile). In any case, you will not need to travel to a different location to collect the keys; they will always be at the apartment's location.
We want your stay to be comfortable from the very first minute, which is why we include:
• 🛏️ Bed Linen & Towels: High-quality linen and a set of towels (bath and hand) per guest.
• 🏖️ Beach Kit: Save space in your luggage! We include beach towels in all our apartments.
• ☕ Courtesy: A small welcome kit with coffee, tea, water...
• 🧼 Hygiene: Basic toiletries for your first few days (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper).
• 🧽 Kitchen Kit: Everything you need for maintenance (cloth, tea towel, bin bags, scourer, and both laundry and dishwasher detergent).
Yes! At Kalmarent, we offer private parking spaces in 4 out of our 5 apartments.
⚠️ Important Note: Parking spots are located inside the building (private premises). Due to high demand, we strongly recommend booking in advance.

Yes, we can arrange a private transfer service from Alicante Airport directly to your apartment. To book this service, please provide us with your flight number.
Rates:
• Transfers to Benidorm:
• Up to 4 passengers: 75€
• Up to 6 passengers (MiniVan): 100€
• Transfers to Altea:
• Up to 4 passengers: 85€
• Up to 6 passengers (MiniVan): 110€
As a general rule, pets are not permitted in our apartments.
However, we make an occasional exception at our Altea Cap Negret apartment (subject to prior request and depending on the type of pet).
Additional Charges and Conditions:
• 💰 Stays up to 7 nights: 65€ (fixed fee).
• 📅 Stays over 7 nights: 65€ + an additional 3€ per extra day.
• 🛡️ Additional Security Deposit: 200€ (fully refunded after departure once the property inspection and professional cleaning are completed).
