HOW TO ACCESS THE RESORT AND APARTMENT
(BUILDING 1 - ENTRANCE 3 - FLOOR 10th - APARTMENT NUMBER 123)
💡 You will find a set of keys inside keybox and another set of keys inside apartment. Each set has two keys:
* Apartment key (the bigger one)
* Outdoor and building gates key. (Same key to open all gates).
* A remote control for the vehicle entrance gate (only provided if a parking space is reserved)

BRACELETS
WHERE TO USE THEM: Their use is mandatory throughout the premises of your community, especially in the gym, sports courts, and swimming pools.
PURPOSE: They serve as an identification method for the community's owners. With them, the staff will be able to identify you as an owner or tenant. They help improve security, monitor capacity, and prevent abuse when properties are overcrowded, and more people than the apartment's capacity use the common areas.
IN CASE OF DAMAGE: It will be replaced with a new one at no additional cost. However, the damaged wristband must be returned.
IN CASE OF LOSS (IMPORTANT): A €50 penalty must be made to the SUNSET WAVES community account for each lost wristband. Please keep this in mind to take care of and keep track of the wristbands.
If you rent out your property, ensure your tenants return the wristbands, just as they return the house keys.
HOUSE RULES
* 🐶🐱⛔ No pets allowed
* 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment
- A €200 penalty will be charged if there is evidence of smoking
- Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, ensuring smoke does not enter the property
* ⛔ Parties and celebrations are not allowed
* Quiet hours: from 23:00 to 08:00, both indoors and on the terraces
* Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests stated in the contract
- Any changes must be notified, approved, and may incur additional costs
* Respect the facilities and furnishings
- Any damage or breakages will be deducted from your deposit

We love hosting families, but kindly ask you to be attentive to children’s behaviour:
- Avoid indoor ball games
- Please do not allow children to jump on beds, sofas, or chairs
- No drawing on walls, furniture, or other fixtures
- No eating on the beds or sofa
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the partial or total loss of your deposit and, in serious cases, immediate eviction from the apartment.
SPORTS COURTS & SAUNA BOOKINGS
Reservations are required to use the following facilities:
1. Tennis court
2. Paddle court
3. Multi-sport court (basketball, football, …)
4. Sauna

Terms and conditions to book:
- Facilities to reserve (tennis - paddle tennis - sauna - multisport court). Several facilities can be reserved on the same day, but not the same facility more than once a day.
- Day of use (can be reserved for today or tomorrow, but not for later days)
- Hour of use (only one hour is allowed per day and installation)
NOTES: The tracks can be used without reservation, but in case of having a previous reservation, you would have to leave the facilities for its use by the person who has reserved it. In high season (Summer, Easter, Bridges,...) it is advisable to book but the rest of the year it may not be necessary.

SHOPPING - GROCERY - MOVILITY SCOOTER

100 meters just behind our resort (on the two white and yellow buildings ground floor) there is a UDACO supermarket where you can do the most common grocery shopping. There you also have a pharmacy and several coffee/restaurants. You can see them from the apartment side terrace.

If you are looking for a SHOPPING CENTER, the closest one is located about 3km away (La Marina Shopping Center). You can go by car or by public transport (the bus stop is in front of the UDACO). There you also have a Carrefour, Mercadona, ... In the city center you have several Mercadona and other supermarkets about 15 minutes walk from the apartment.

100 meters just behind our residence (on the ground floor of the two white and yellow buildings) there are several cafeterias/restaurants.
On the beach promenade you have many restaurants of which we can recommend some, although the variety is very wide:

Casa Guillermo: Very good.

WASTE
- Organic: it can be left after 9pm in the container.
- Recycled waste (paper, cardboard, plastic, containers,...) It can be deposited in the containers at any time of the day.
All containers are placed in front of the Resort entrance door located next to the tennis court.
it is forbidden to leave garbage bags in the hallways of the building.
Please, on the day of departure DO NOT leave garbage bags inside the apartment.
CHECK OUT INFO
✅Check out time: Please vacate the apartment by 10:30AM. If you plan to leave earlier, kindly inform us in advance to accommodate our cleaning schedules
✅Keys and Wristbands: Before leaving, please place ONE SET OF KEYS inside KEYBOX (outside apartment, next to the door) and the OTHER SET OF KEYS AND WRISTBANDS on the table and simply close the door behind you.
✅Apartment Condition: Ensure the apartment is tidy and free of waste. Remember, extra charges may apply for any additional cleaning or damages that require repairs.
✅Towels: Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor, and keep clean towels on the shelves.
✅Utilities: Double-check that all lights, air conditioning, TV and underfloor heating are turned off before you leave.
✅ If you booked the parking space, please make sure to leave the remote control in the apartment after taking your vehicle out. (To avoid going back up, you can open the parkingk gate with the remote control from the apartment's terrace while the driver moves the car out of the Resort)
✅Deposit Refund: Once we have cleaned the apartment post-departure, we will refund your deposit within the next 48 hours.
