HOW TO ACCESS
(CAP NEGRET 40 - 1st FLOOR - APARTMENT NUMBER 5)
💡 You will find a set of keys inside keybox and another set of keys inside apartment. Each set has:
* Apartment key (two keys, one of them in each set)
* Pedestrian main road gate key. (Blue head key. Only one copy).
KEY BOX CODE ➡️ ➡️ Will be sent before your arrival
To enter the building, there are two access points:
- From the main road (with the key with a blue head)
- From the beach (main entrance. No key is needed, you can open the door with your hand)

Programming the code: (The safe must be open)
1- Press 00 and the button. The screen will display SELECT
2- Press the 0 button. The screen will display SET
3- Enter your code (3 to 6 digits) and press the button. The screen will display DONE.
With the door open, verify that the new code operates correctly

HOUSE RULES

* 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment
- A €200 penalty will be charged if there is evidence of smoking
- Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, ensuring smoke does not enter the property
* ⛔ Parties and celebrations are not allowed
* Quiet hours: from 23:00 to 08:00, both indoors and on the terraces
* Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests stated in the contract
- Any changes must be notified, approved, and may incur additional costs
* Respect the facilities and furnishings
- Any damage or breakages will be deducted from your deposit

We love hosting families, but kindly ask you to be attentive to children’s behaviour:
- Avoid indoor ball games
- Please do not allow children to jump on beds, sofas, or chairs
- No drawing on walls, furniture, or other fixtures
- No eating on the beds or sofa
🚫 It is strictly forbidden to leave rubbish bags in the corridors or any common areas of the building.
Please make sure to dispose of your waste properly using the designated bins. Thank you for your cooperation! ♻️🙂
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the partial or total loss of your deposit and, in serious cases, immediate eviction from the apartment.

SHOPPING - GROCERY

100 meters to the right of vehicle exit gate there is a Supermarket (SUPER LA OLLA) where you can do the most common purchases. And 200 metres more there is a new big supermarket (MY MERCAT)

200 meters to the left of vehicle exit gate (on Altea way) there is a Pharmacy.

The center of Altea (where the Town Hall and the shopping streets are) is almost two kilometers away from the apartment (walking about 20-25 minutes). About 3 minutes driving.

We can also go by train but you have to walk one kilometer to the nearest stop that is located in front of the Hotel Cap Negret. The train runs every hour, so it may not be the best option to get to the town.

If you are looking for a SHOPPING CENTER, the closest one is located about 10km away (La Marina Shopping Center). There you also have a Carrefour, Mercadona,... In the center of Altea there is another Mercadona and several supermarkets.

RESTAURANTS AND BEACH BARS NEAR APARTMENT

In the surroundings of the apartment we have several and very good restaurants:

Restaurante La Olleta: Mediterranean-style tapas, rice dishes and grills in a glass-enclosed pavilion or a terrace by the sea.

Restaurante el Cranc: Chic chiringuito, with a covered terrace facing the sea, which serves tapas, rice dishes and fish. Nominated one of the 5 best beach bars in Spain in the year 2022.

Ca Joan: One of the best meats in the region.

Bar Cafeteria Sant: For snacks, breakfasts, meals,... Next to El Cranc Restaurant.

Olla Beach Bar: Great place for a drink, some tapas, or a casual dinner. Next to the sea and with live music on weekends.

Chiringuito El Sigarro: Open from June to October. Beach bar by the sea. Breakfasts, fish, fried foods,…

Chiringuito Arrecife: Open from June to October. Very good rice dishes, breakfasts.

In Altea we have many restaurants of which we can recommend some, although the variety is very wide: Both around the Church and on the promenade there are countless options, almost all of them excellent.

Restaurants around the Church: There are many, varied and very good. Better to visit the area, wander around and choose the restaurant that we like the most.

Restaurante Felix: French style, very good products and excellent preparation.

Restaurante Paladar: Very elaborate cuisine and great attention. One of the best in Altea.

Diferens: Casual restaurant, excellent breakfasts, woks, salads, coffee,…

Plant Shack: Vegan restaurant/cafeteria. Very small and central, great for a quick stop.

WASTE
* Guests' Responsibility: Guests must manage their own rubbish responsibly and ensure that no waste is left in communal or public areas such corridors, stairs, garden,...
* Organic Waste: Organic waste can be disposed of after 9:00 PM in the designated container located in front of the pedestrian exit to the beach.
* Recyclable Waste: Items such as paper, cardboard, plastics, and containers can be deposited in the recycling bins at any time of day.
These bins are located to the left of the vehicle access gate on the main road. An additional organic waste container is also available in this area.
CHECK OUT INFO
✅Check out time: Please vacate the apartment by 10:30AM. If you plan to leave earlier, kindly inform us in advance to accommodate our cleaning schedules
✅Keys: Before leaving, please place ONE SET OF KEYS inside KEYBOX (outside apartment, next to the door) and the OTHER SET OF KEYS on the table and simply close the door behind you.
✅Apartment Condition: Ensure the apartment is tidy and free of waste. Remember, extra charges may apply for any additional cleaning or damages that require repairs.
✅Towels and linen: Please leave used towels and linen on the bathroom floor, and keep clean towels on the shelves.
✅Utilities: Double-check that all lights, air conditioning, fan, TV,... are turned off before you leave.
✅Deposit Refund: Once we have cleaned the apartment post-departure, we will refund your deposit within the next 48 hours.
